Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-23
1. Who we are
ULFOR (“we”, “us”) operates ulfor.com and its subdomains, including go.ulfor.com and the offer tool at offers.ulfor.com. This policy covers all of them. This policy describes how we use information when you visit, use a tool, or contact us; where a particular tool handles information differently, we say so on that tool.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Technical information needed to run and secure the site — for example pages viewed, browser type, approximate country, and similar connection data
- Information you choose to send us, such as name, email, and the content of a message
- Where available, how you arrived (for example a campaign name or referring site)
- Records of your privacy choices, including consent, an opt-out, or a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser
You can read this marketing site without creating an account. We do not require contact details just to view the page.
3. How we use it
We use this information to:
- Operate, secure, and improve the site
- Respond when you contact us or ask us to do something
- Understand whether our advertising is effective and, where your region and choices allow, show relevant ads
- Keep records needed to honor privacy requests and legal duties
We do not use this information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Who we work with
We use service providers to host the site, store records, and help us run the business. They process information on our instructions. Some of them are in the United States or other countries; we share what they need to provide their service. Where that means information leaves the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we use providers that offer the transfer protections those laws require, and you can ask us which apply to you at privacy@ulfor.com.
- Hosting. Our hosting provider delivers this site and tells us which country a visit comes from, so we can apply the right privacy rules to it.
- Storage. Our data-storage provider keeps site records, including your privacy choices and any message you send us.
- Customer communications. We use a customer-relationship platform so we can reply to you and keep a conversation in one place.
- The offer tool. When you use the tool at offers.ulfor.com, what you type — your name, your niche, and your description of what you do — is sent to an AI provider, which uses it to write your questions and your document. It is processed to give you the result you asked for. Under our agreement with that provider it is not used to train any model. We keep none of it ourselves: our server passes it on, returns the result, and stores nothing. Your answers and the document stay in your own browser until you clear them.
- Advertising. We advertise on platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Where your region and choices allow, we may share measurement information with Meta so we can see whether an ad led to a visit or a contact. That includes the approximate country of your connection, and — if you have given us your email address — an encoded version of it, never the address itself, so Meta can recognize that the person who saw an ad is the person who got in touch. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
When you contact us. If you submit a form or email us, we use what you sent to respond. That is the service you asked for. Declining cookies or choosing Do Not Sell stops advertising measurement; it does not mean we will ignore a message addressed to us. If you want that contact record deleted, email privacy@ulfor.com.
Advertising and measurement. Separate from answering you, we work with advertising and measurement partners as described above. That activity follows the regional rules in Section 6. We do not sell your contact details as a mailing list. Under some U.S. state laws, “sale” or “sharing” can include using information for cross-context behavioral advertising — that is what Do Not Sell or Share addresses. Our communications provider handles that information only on our instructions, and only so we can reply to you.
5. Cookies and similar tools
We use cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential: they keep the site working and remember the privacy choices we are required to honor. Others support advertising and measurement, and — where offered — site analytics.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the related European countries we treat the same way, non-essential tools wait until you choose in our banner. Elsewhere they may run under this policy unless you opt out.
Category names, individual cookies, and how long they last are listed in the cookie banner. Where the footer shows Cookie Settings, you can reopen that list at any time. You can also use your browser controls.
Across our subdomains. Two of these cookies are set for ulfor.com as a whole, so they are also present on go.ulfor.com and offers.ulfor.com: an advertising identifier from Meta, and our own visitor identifier, which is what lets us tell that one person moving between our pages is one person rather than three. Your privacy choices are recorded separately on each site you make them on, so declining on one does not silently answer for another — you will be asked again where a choice is required.
The offer tool. The tool at offers.ulfor.com sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics. It keeps your answers in your own browser so that reloading the page does not lose your progress. That storage stays on your device, is not sent to us except as part of building your document, and is cleared when you start again.
6. Your choices by region
We use your connection to estimate your country so the site can follow local rules. Three patterns apply:
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and related European countries: advertising and measurement wait for your consent. You will see a banner. You may accept, reject, or save specific choices. You can change your mind from Cookie Settings in the footer.
- United States: we may use advertising and measurement tools as described in this policy. Several states — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and Montana — give you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising via Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC), an automated browser signal several of those states recognise — if your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out without you needing to ask.
- Everywhere else in the world: we apply the same opt-out model as the United States. Measurement may run under this policy, and you can use Do Not Sell or GPC to opt out of that advertising use. We do this deliberately, so you have a working control even where local law does not yet require one.
7. How long we keep it
Advertising-audience and similar measurement data are typically kept for up to 180 days. Information you send as a customer or lead is kept until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the conversation and our records. We keep privacy-choice records as long as needed to show we honored them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of sale or sharing for advertising.
- Withdraw consent (EU/UK and related European countries): Cookie Settings in the footer
- Opt out of sale/sharing (United States and other opt-out regions): Do Not Sell or Share, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser
- Access, deletion, and related requests: privacy@ulfor.com
If you are in the EU or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We will need enough detail to find the right records; we may ask you to confirm the request.
9. Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Contact
Privacy questions and requests: privacy@ulfor.com. General questions: hello@ulfor.com.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is dated 2026-08-23. Material changes will be reflected by that date at the top of this page.
