These terms govern your use of ulfor.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Using this marketing site does not, by itself, create a client, consulting, or employment relationship. Paid work, if any, is covered by a separate agreement.

The site provides information about ULFOR and ways to get in touch. Content is for general business audiences. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a promise of results.

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the site, including optional tools, without notice. Features described on the site may not always be available.

Some features described on the site may be paused or unavailable. A button or link that does not complete an action is not a promise that a separate product is live.

Do not submit information you are not allowed to share, and do not submit anyone else's personal information unless you have a right to do so.

If you contact us, you ask us to receive the message and respond. You confirm that the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that we may use them to reply as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ULFOR and its people are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, for the site access at issue in the three months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.

Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that rule applies.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory protections in your country of residence that cannot be waived still apply. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
